These are the kindest jewelers in Miami! I went in to resize my engagement ring and they were sweet as can be. Super reasonably priced, beautiful selection of jewelry, and the vibes are IT. The jeweler resized my ring on the spot, his wife made cuban coffee and shared with me, and we had a wonderful conversation about my engagement and how special love is. The energy is warm, kind, inviting. You can tell they are honest and hardworking people. These are the kinds of small businesses I love supporting. They also have an adorable dog named Asere 🤣🤍 it’s just perfect Miami vibes in there. I will be back for anything I need jewel-wise! These people have my heart and my business 🥰

Now for Christmas my family ready and in for a surprise with the gorgeous outcome of custom pieces I put in layaway very convenient for the holidays which I just picked up today and absolutely love, and they give good prices too. After visiting another shop saying that they had to ruin and cut my chain keep it for a week and make me a new piece in order to "fix it". I came in spoke to the jeweler as one last desperate attempt for a second opinion. They fixed my chain charged me a reasonable price on the same day. I didn't have to wait too long. They did a fantastic Job. It was worth the drive finding such honest professionals !!!

I called the Oro Factory seeking help repairing an old beloved silver teapot and Mayker exceeded our expectations at every level. He was very responsive to my inquiry and provided excellent service for my wife and I at the shop. Mayker repaired the teapot on the spot and even guaranteed the repair should it not hold. We'd also like to thank him for being so accommodating to us as well. We live over 3 hours away and we could only drop by their shop while passing through on one day during the week. It was huge relief to finally find someone skilled enough to do the repair, and even more so do it promptly and flawlessly. Mayker and a very nice lady even offered my wife coffee or a glass of wine while she waited! Thanks again Mayker! We very highly recommend the Oro Factory. :)
